About Us
George DeMarino, General Contractor
George has lived in San Diego a lifetime and has been in the home building industry for more than 20 years. He has a background in customer service and project management. His wife and business partner, Diane, has worked in the area for more than 20 years for the Santaluz development and as a property manager for a commercial business plaza in Fairbanks Ranch and is currently a jobsite project manager and CFO for the business. Spending time up in the mountains or at the beach, out on the moto, hiking, camping or off-roading will be where you'll find when not hard at work for a client.
Background
You'll find George's handiwork in Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Jolla including in the gate communities of Del Mar Country Club, Rancho Pacifica, Crosby, Fairbanks Ranch and Cielo. He specializes in high end home builds and remodels but also has commercial experience and understands OSHA requirements. He understands HOA rules as he is the Crosby Estates and Del Mar Country Club Design Review Committee reviewer for new home builds and solar panel installs.
